Path to Ownership
Wash U Wash is run by 6 students who each own 16.67% of the company. As we graduate, we sell our share to new students interested in gaining valuable business experience, mentorship, and leadership skills.
Below is an outline of the process of becoming an owner:
Initial Meeting: Informal Interview to gauge interest and fit
Shadow Store Hours: See the ins and outs of Wash U Wash
Valuation: Complete the StEP Buying a Business Workshop
Final Meeting: Discuss next steps with Mentor
Previous owners have gone on to work for top banks, consulting firms, and tech companies such as BlackRock, Piper Sandler, Microsoft, BCG, Bain, & Capital One. Below is a form to fill out if interested in becoming an owner. A current owner is looking to sell their share by the end of this semester.
